These Shot Glass Chocolate and Jam Dessert Parfaits are the ideal bite-sized treat. Sandwiched between crunchy chocolate cookies are layers of rich chocolate and sweet raspberry whipped cream. They're simple to make and even simpler to enjoy.

Ingredients

• 2 cups chocolate cookies, crushed
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup whipped cream
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup raspberry jam

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 15 minutes
• Cook Time: 10 minutes
• Total Time: 25 minutes

Instructions

• Heat the heavy cream and milk in a small saucepan until hot but not boiling.
• Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips.
• Allow for 5 minutes before stirring until smooth.
• Combine the raspberry jam and whipped cream in a separate bowl.
• Place a layer of crushed chocolate cookies in the bottom of each shot glass to make the parfaits.
• Place a layer of the chocolate mixture on top, followed by a layer of the raspberry whipped cream.
• Layers should be repeated until the shot glass is full, finishing with a layer of raspberry whipped cream.
• Allow at least 1 hour before serving to chill.
